New York City Comptroller William C. Thompson, Jr. will honor seven women for their accomplishments during his 2002 Women's History Month celebration next Tuesday.

Leading the list of distinguished honorees are Kelli M. Conlin, the Executive Director of the National Abortion Rights League and Lynda Baquero, anchor/reporter for NewsChannel4. Also receiving awards are: Lt. Brenda Berkman, Founder and President, United Women Firefighters, Kathy Jordan Sharpton, Activist and Chair, Women's Committee, National Action Network Norma Kamali, Founder OMO Norma Kamali, Rossana Rosado, Publisher/CEO El Diario, and Kimora Lee Simmons, Creative Director, Baby Phat Fashions.
