William C. Thompson, Jr. on meeting with
Arthur Andersen & Company representatives |
| "Members
of my staff met today with representatives from the accounting firm
of Arthur Andersen & Company to discuss their continuing status
on the Comptroller's list of pre-qualified accounting firms that are
permitted to do business with city agencies. The meeting was productive
and my office will be reviewing Andersen's status on the list. I expect
to make a decision on the matter in the near future." |
