Rainbow Heights Club
Innovative, affirming, effective advocacy and support services for LGBT adults (21 and up) living with mental illness. Employment and housing advocacy, support groups, cooking classes, computer classes, art and writing workshops, nutritious meals and more. Services are provided free of charge to qualifying individuals.

Right Rides
Organizes volunteers to operate a fleet of up to 6 cars donated by Zipcar Friday and Saturday nights from 11:59pm-3am, in 45 NYC neighborhoods. Driving teams can only drive women and LGBTQ individuals home. Builds safer communities by ending gender based harassment and sexual assault through community organizing and offering direct service, safety, education and advocacy programs

South Beach Psychiatric Center-Heights Hill Mental Health Service
LGBT-affirmative program for those with majorr mental illness. Outpatient program/inpatient referrals.

South Brooklyn Legal Services HIV Project
Provides legal advocacy and info in civil cases to low-income people in southern and western Brooklyn.

Unity Fellowship of Christ Church NYC
Sr. Bishop Zachary G. Jones, Pastor. Supports lesbian/gay community in black tradition

Velvetpark Media
An integrated online social network for lesbians and queers featuringblogs, news, video content and an exclusive lesbian social network.

Women's Center of Brooklyn College
Lectures, workshops, panel discussions on women’s issues, open to the public. See website for calendar.
