The Office of Policy Management analyzes specific issues and trends connected with a broad array of City policies, and provides policy options for the Comptroller so that he may participate effectively in setting municipal priorities. Policy reports cover areas such as adult and children's health, housing, foster care, the environment, the economy, school facilities and other education issues, job training and women's rights. On many issues, the Office works closely with other elected officials and with community groups to formulate and implement policy and program changes.
