REPORT ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD HERE

The NYC Comptroller's Office is committed to eliminating waste and fraud in the government. If you are aware of any fraudulent activities being committed by a government employee or official, government agency, individual citizen, or business entity attempting to defraud New York City, you can help save taxpayer money by furnishing this information to the Comptroller's Office. Please provide any information you may have in the form below. This information will be kept in strict confidence.
