Here Are Some Ways CAC Can Help You:

Since January 1994, CAC has helped more than 68,468 New Yorkers by quickly cutting through the bureaucratic red tape to solve problems.  Through CAC, residents, contractors, elected officials and City employees can get information about the public pension system, city contracts, procurement policy and information about filing claims. Contacting CAC is an effective way of bypassing the bureaucracy to provide citizens with efficient ways to solve problems.   CAC offers assistance to all citizens who need help with problems related to City government.

Whether you call, write, e-mail or visit in person, staff members will assist you in a professional and courteous manner (Spanish speaking personnel are available). No problem is too big or small for CAC to handle.
