For Proposals (RFP) page. Request For Proposals for the Provision Of Statutory 50-h Hearing and Ancillary Services for the Adjustment of Personal Injury and Property Damage Claims JULY 11, 2008 – AUGUST 15, 2008 Proposals are due on Friday, August 15, 2008 by 4:00 P.M. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held in the Bureau of Law and Adjustment Conference Room, 12th Floor, Room 1200, Municipal Building, One Centre Street, New York, NY 10007 on Monday, July 21, 2008 at 3:00 P.M. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference is optional but very strongly recommended. Proposers planning to attend are requested to notify Agency Contact Marilyn Bodner, Esq., Bureau of Law and Adjustment Contract Manager, via email (mbodner@comptroller.nyc.gov) by July 17th. Prior to the Pre-Proposal Conference but no later than July 16, 2008, specific questions concerning this RFP may be submitted to Ms. Bodner by email. All questions should reference this RFP by page number. Following the Pre-Proposal Conference but no later than Monday, July 28, 2008, additional questions in the same format may be submitted to Ms. Bodner by email. Proposers shall not rely on, and the Comptroller shall not be bound by, any information regarding this RFP obtained from any source other than the Agency Contact for this RFP. From the release date of this RFP until the selection of proposers, all contact with city employees concerning this RFP must be made exclusively with the Agency Contact.
