Procurement Process Forms
The City of New York's procurement process is governed by the Rules of the Procurement Policy Board (PPB rules).  Vendors who wish to do business with the City, may be required to complete the following questionnaires and forms for the Custodial Services for Contract Retainage and Franchise Security RFP:
